Starters
No party is fun without appetisers so here are two-minute recipes, ’cause that’s all the time you want to spend in the kitchen anyway.

Ham Cucumber Cups:
 These tiny appetisers are perfect to start your party.

Ingredient:
1/2-inch thick cucumber slices
1/2-inch coarsely cooked ham
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 teaspoons mustard
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Scoop out the centre of cucumber slice
2. Grind ham, mayonnaise and mustard
3. Spoon a little mixture into cucumber

Tornado Potato Fries: These easy-to-make fries are spiral chips made of potato and once cooked, they turn into curly fries on a stick. We are sure these are going to be the star of your party.

5 cups diced watermelon (remove seeds)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 lime (juice)
Ice

Method:
Combine all the ingredients along with some ice and blend until smooth

Ingredients:
5 to 6 bananas
1 cup chocolate chips or raw chocolate
Sprinkles

Method:
Slice banana in equal size
Insert a toothpick into each banana piece
Freeze it for two hours
Now, microwave chocolate chips or raw chocolate for 1 minute
Stirring it to make smooth
Dip each banana piece in chocolate and cover with sprinkles

Chocolate Momos: We all have had vegetable, paneer and chicken momos in different versions: tandoori, pan-fried et al, but this New Year’s, go for chocolate momos.
