#DabbaGoals: Turkish Pide officially ends our hunt for the perfect evening snack

A perfect evening snack

Our search for delicious food this week, took us to Universal Doner, in Connaught Place. This tiny place is known for its Turkish kebabs along with other mouth-watering dishes of Turkish descent. We chose Fatayer (Arabic Pizza) which is also known as Turkish Pide. Its crust, or bread, has a centre-filling of mutton, chicken or veggies and is perfect for an evening snack.

Here’s what goes inside Turkish Pide or Fatayer:

Dough made of wholemeal flour, yeast, sugar, olive oil, salt
Spicy sauce
Red, yellow and green bell pepper
