Chinese smartphone giant Xiaomi’s flagship devices Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 and Xiaomi Redmi 4A are up for pre-orders on mi.com. As per the listing on the website, Xiaomi will be shipping the smartphone within five days. However, interested customers will have to make the payment online as the company is not offering cash-on-delivery (COD) on the purchase of the two devices.
To recall, Xiaomi launched Redmi 4A in India in March this year.
Talking about the specifications, Xiaomi Redmi 4A is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 SoC and run on Android 6.0. The phone features a 5-inch HD display and sports 2GB RAM with 15GB flash memory that is expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card. It sports a 13MP rear camera with 5-element lens and single-LED flash and a 5MP front camera with face recognition technology.
The dual-SIM Redmi 4A supports 4G connectivity and has Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 801.11, GPS and Wi-Fi direct for connectivity. It comes with a 3,12o mAh non-removable battery and is available in three colour variants– Gold, Rose Gold and Dark Grey. The phone is priced at Rs 5,999.
On the other hand, Redmi Note 4 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor and runs on Android 6.0. The phone sports a 5.5-inch full HD display and is three RAM variants– 2GB RAM with 32GB internal memory, 3GB RAM with 32GB internal memory and 4GB RAM with 64GB internal memory. The internal memory of the phone can be expanded up to 128GB using a microSD card.
As far as the camera is concerned, Redmi Note 4 features a 13MP CMOS camera with backside illumination technology and a 5MP front-facing camera with full HD video recording technology. The dual-SIM phone has 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi 802.11 and GPS for connectivity and comes with a 4100mAh powerful battery. It is available in three colour variants– Black, Gold and Grey for Rs 10,999.
