There’s nothing you can’t buy. You think and you get it home delivered. And now a day has come when you can even buy packaged air. That’s true.
A New Zealand-based website Kiwiana is selling ‘Pure Fresh New Zealand AIR’ for $29 per bottle which is approx 1400 Indian rupee. According to their website, each canister, company is selling contains enough air for 130 to 140 deep breaths. The bottle comes with a specially designed cap that helps inhalation through mouth and nose.
The ‘Pure Fresh New Zealand Air’ is not any air but is harvested above the snow line among New Zealand’s famous Southern Alps. The fresh air is stored in a bottle and goes through a triple filtration process so as to remove even the tiniest of materials.
Journalist Damian Christie also shared a photo of the ‘value pack’ cans which he spotted at a duty-free shop at Auckland International Airport. Surprised or rather shocked Damian posted the photo with the caption, “You’ve got to be sh**ting me. Also, $98, so not exactly a cute prank gift.” ($98 is for the packet of four bottles)

You’d better buy some while you can. There may be none left when you get back.

Isn’t this just *really* expensive huffing? How is this allowed?

I wonder if air bottling would need resource consent in the same way as water bottling does?

PS: Well, the website delivers in India too with 3 to 5 days shipping.
