Daulat ki Chaat, a light-as-air dish topped with kesar, khoya and nuts, is back

Winter is here and so is the famous Daulat Ki Chaat. Prepared using milk, cream, brown sugar, khurchan, almonds, cream, brown sugar, it is a light-as-air dish topped with kesar, khoya and nuts.

How it is made:
It takes 3 to 4 hours of just churning milk, which is left overnight in the presence of dew drops.

Where to find it:
Take a metro to Old Delhi and find one of the many thelas taking rounds around.
