From chocolate gateau to cod in white wine sauce, every dish can be made in tiniest portion possible and we must say these look delicious.

Are you in love with miniature food videos, just like us? From tiny stove to little plate and knife, they are cuteness personified. How about trying a little Rose Heart Cake or tiny marshmallows or little Cinnamon Rolls? They won’t satiate your hunger, but they’ll definitely please your eyes.

I’d like two slices of that please..

Wondering how these dishes are made? Yukiko Hasada, a Japanese woman, runs a YouTube channel, Bistro Miniature. The channel has more than 50 videos. In every video, she perfectly explains how to cook using these tools. She believes in cooking meals in small packages. From chocolate gateau to cod in white wine sauce, she has made every dish in tiniest portion possible and we must say these look delicious.

No, she doesn’t get any special ingredients. The lady buys regular-sized ingredients and turns them into miniature meals. She cut down everyday regular ingredients and cooks on a doll-sized kitchen stove. Here’s what she does:

Yukiko revealed her inspiration to Barcroft TV, saying that real dishes that she cooks for her family help her create tiny food. She focuses on the dishes that look good on mini utensils. She even spoke about her difficulties. The most difficult creation was the soft-boiled egg. She said, “Using the right temperature is essential when making soft-boiled eggs.”
