1. Chocolate Freezer Cake

Don’t feel like whisking flour, butter and egg batter? Don’t. This three-ingredient cake needs just five minutes of prep time. Heat milk, melt chocolate chips and mix. Make a base of crackers, spread chocolate and milk mix and freeze it for three hours. Voila, your cake is ready.

Once done, keep it aside. Now mix sugar, cardamom powder and butter to make the filling. Roll the dough and spread the sugar filling. Roll it as tight as you can. Now refrigerate it for four to five hours.
