Japan’s Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe and his wife Akie Abe are on a two-day visit to India in an effort to strengthen the bond between the two countries. The State guests arrived in Ahmedabad on Wednesday and while the whole nation got excited about the coming of the first bullet train in India between Mumbai and Ahmedabad, we got our eyes on the first lady of Japan, Akie Abe. From being a supportive wife who was always in the background, Akie Abe now has an identity of her own. Her charming personality and liberal mindset perfectly balance the conservative Prime Minister. She is an outgoing personality who often appears for interviews and on magazines and accompanies her husband all around the world.
