After making cine buffs wait for really long, the Milan Luthria directorial Baadshaho has hit screens. The movie, set in 1975 period of emergency, boasts a stellar cast including Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi, Esha Gupta, Ileana D’Cruz, Sanjay Mishra and Vidyut Jamwal. It also has Sharad Kelkar in an important role. Since the teaser and trailer of the film released, the movie has made all the right noises.
The trailer of the movie hinted it revolved around a kingdom in Rajasthan, whose power lies with Gitanjali (Ileana). After the government orders a crackdown of gold in the empire, she asks her trusted people to help her and keep her precious jewels to herself. This is when Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi, Esha Gupta and Sanjay Mishra up their game to help the royal family.
Baadshaho seems like a total package of entertainment. It has no dearth of elements which would interest viewers- from drama to love story, thriller to heartbreak, Baadshaho has it all. This marks the second time Milan has teamed up with Ajay and Emraan. The first outing of the three of them was the hit movie Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai. Expectations from Baadshaho, are really high considering the fact that in the recent past even stars like Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan failed to deliver Box Office hits.
