Traveling to Canada? Don't forget to try KFC's 'Bitcoin Bucket'

KFC's Bitcoin Bucket costs just 0.0010305 bitcoins!

The craze of cryptocurrencies hit an all-time high in the beginning of 2018, thanks to the increasing number of cryptocurrencies cropping up in the market and the governments introducing taxation schemes on the capital gains from the virtual currency. And now, KFC has taken this craze to another level.

The American fast-food giant recently introduced the weirdest bucket that you’ll ever find on its menu– Bitcoin Bucket.

Yup, you heard it right! A bitcoin bucket that includes 10 original recipe tenders, waffle fries, a medium side dish, a medium gravy and two dips. But don’t worry, unlike the currency, the bucket isn’t virtual. Instead, it will be delivered to your doorsteps once you make the payment in bitcoin via bit pay. Check this out:

“Despite the ups and downs of Bitcoin, the Colonel’s Original Recipe is as good as always. So, trade your Bitcoins for buckets and invest in something finger lickin’ good,” KFC Canada wrote on its offer page.

But there’s a catch. The offer is valid in Canada only. In case you reside elsewhere, KFC sends its apologies. Here’s what KFC wrote:

We can only accept purchases within Canada. Apologies, rest of the world.

But feel free to place the order if you are traveling to the country. As far as the price of the bucket is concerned, it changes with the change in the value of the cryptocurrency. For simplification, KFC has priced the bucket at $20 (16.08 USD), which is roughly Rs 1026.
