IPL 2018: SRK's Trimurti In 1995 Or Shikhar Dhawan's In 2018? Which Is Better?

IPL 2018: The SRH story is no less dramatic than the blockbuster

Move over Mukul S Anand’s ‘Trimurti’!

The 2018 version featuring Shikhar Dhawan, Chris Jordan and Carlos Braithwaite is slowly but surely becoming a rage. Dhawan took to Instagram to share a picture which resembles the poster of that film. The 1995 Bollywood multi-starrer Trimurti, too, became popular after its release. Surely, with so much happening like David Warner being ruled out of IPL 2018, the SRH story is no less dramatic than the blockbuster. To top it all, after 3 matches they played this season, they have still managed to remain unbeaten, which is great considering it is a new SRH squad.

In the absence of Warner, it is Dhawan holds the key to success. Dhawan has been one of the most consistent IPL batsmen ever. In the 3 matches played this season, he has amassed 130 runs. In 130 IPL matches so far, he has scored 3691 runs at an average of 33.25 and at a strike-rate of 122.46.

Dhawan is often seen enjoying himself away from the cricket pitch — be it doing the bhangra in South Africa or partying with his Team India mates. With stakes high, all Hyderabadis would be hoping that Dhawan shines through this season.
