1. Scrambled Egg Toast

Protein is the perfect answer to a bad hangover. And what could be a better option for a plate of filling scrambled eggs and toast?

Ingredients
2 eggs
4 tablespoons of milk
Salt and pepper as per your taste
1 tablespoon Butter
2 slices of bread
Method
1. Whisk eggs, milk, pepper, and salt
2. Beat the ingredients until blended well
3. Take a pan and melt a tablespoon of butter
4. Pour the egg mixture and cook the mixture over low heat
5. Serve with buttered toast

2. Avocado Spread & Poached Egg Toast

1 Egg
1/2 cup water
2 bread slices
Avocado paste
Salt
Pepper

Method
1. Pour water into a mug
2. Crack an egg into it, make sure you don’t break the yolk
3. Now cover the mug with a small dish and microwave it for about 45 seconds
4. Spread a generous coat of avocado paste on bread slices garnish it with chilli flakes
