1. Scrambled Egg Toast

Protein is the perfect answer to a bad hangover. And what could be a better option for a plate of filling scrambled eggs and toast?

2 eggs
4 tablespoons of milk
Salt and pepper as per your taste
1 tablespoon Butter
2 slices of bread
1. Whisk eggs, milk, pepper, and salt
2. Beat the ingredients until blended well
3. Take a pan and melt a tablespoon of butter
4. Pour the egg mixture and cook the mixture over low heat
5. Serve with buttered toast

2. Avocado Spread & Poached Egg Toast

If you are bored of eating same ol’ scrambled eggs, here is something fancy for you. This easy to make dish is perfect for those cranky mornings.

1 Egg
1/2 cup water
2 bread slices
Avocado paste

1. Pour water into a mug
2. Crack an egg into it, make sure you don’t break the yolk
3. Now cover the mug with a small dish and microwave it for about 45 seconds
4. Spread a generous coat of avocado paste on bread slices garnish it with chilli flakes
5. And eat hot

3. Grilled Cheese Sandwich

What do you need to cure your hangover? A greasy and protein-filled dish. Here it is.

2 slices of white bread

1. Take a bread slice and place cheese over it
2. Pack the cheese onto one slice of bread with another slice
3. Apply butter over one side and grill the buttered side until lightly toasted
4. Flip the sandwich and repeat the process
