If you don’t like to hit the gym, doing some easy Yoga asanas at home can also serve the purpose. These poses not only tone up and tighten your body but also relaxes and calms the mind.

Bow Pose (Dhanurasana): While strengthening the core, this Yoga pose promotes digestion and tightens abdominal muscles too.
Boat Pose (Naukasana): While strengthening your back and abdominal muscles, this pose will tone up your arms and legs too.
Wind Easing Pose (Pavanamukthasan): While promoting a healthy pH level and increasing metabolism, this pose strengthens your core.
Cobra Pose (Bhujang asana): Believed to be multi-muscle exercise, this pose strengthens the spine. However, people with back injury are suggested not to practice it.
Chair Pose(Uthkatasana): Practising this pose targets abs, spine, hips and thighs. However, people with back or knee injury are suggested to avoid it.
Bridge Pose (Setubandhasana): While relieving your stiff muscles, this pose strengthens your spine and hips. It is also believed to improve digestion.
Seated-forward-bend Pose: Practising this pose, you can feel immense pressure on the abdominal muscles.
Warrior Pose I (Veerbhadrasana 1): This pose does not only help you reduce belly fat, but also gives your back a nice stretch as it strengthens your core, thighs, and buttocks.
Warrior 2 Pose (Veerbhadrasana 2): It works best in conjunction with Warrior Pose I.
Plank Pose (Kumbhakasana): While keeping focused on your stubborn belly, this pose also stretches thighs, buttocks, shoulders, and back. It can be defined as a full body exercise too.
