Working in the direction, she launched her Yoga CD, authored a book on Indian diet and the lately she also started a fitness YouTube channel. Addressing the needs of people who want to be fit with minimum efforts, the diva has used this platform to share healthy recipes and easy workouts.

Titled as ‘Begginer’, in the video, she is demonstrating the basic-level exercises from ‘Squat to Chair’ to ‘Hip Raise’that will prepare you to do other routines with full intensity without any muscle wear and tear.

Other than following her workout regime, the beautiful actress likes to eat a balanced diet and prefers wholesome foods to keep herself fit, slender, skinny and healthy. While interacting with the media at multiple occasions, she revealed that to shed her post-pregnancy weight, she started working out with light exercises such as cycling and walking.
