After Rajinikanth, now speculations are rife that veteran movie star Kamal Haasan might join politics. It all started after Kamal Haasan tweeted out a cryptic poem in in which he stated that he can also become a ‘leader’ if he decides to. In the eight line Tamil poem that he wrote, the keyword was “mudhalvar” which means chief minister and leader, leading many to guess if he is joining politics.

The poem posted by the actor on the social media reads, “We have to hit hard to let you know that nobody is a king, We don’t react emotionally because we aren’t kings like you, We continue to fight despite being suppressed, Theday WE (people) decide we will become chief minister. ”

“Don’t think we are your slaves because we continue to bend, Just because we don’t wear a crown, we are not losers,I can talk to you crassly; But I won’t because it’s wrong. Unless you seek you can’t find the path, Come with me my friend, those who avoid ignorance will lead the race for becoming the leader.”

Kamal Haasan also stated that in the coming days he be making an important announcement. His tweet has come at the time, when he is in tussle with the AIADMK for saying that all state departments are corrupt. While criticising the AIADMK government he has made a comment that’everywhere there is corruption’.

Chachi-420 actor has been in controversies for past some time. Earlier, Hindu group Hindu Makkal Katchi protested against Bigg Boss Tamil. Another group, Sakthi Sena demanded that the reality show should be stopped and the actor should be taken into custody for disrespecting the Tamil culture. He was criticised for mentioning of the victim in the Malayalam actress abduction case.
