After Rahul Gandhi, Vijay Mallya's Twitter account hacked

Last week, the Twitter handles of Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi was also hacked. Soon, the Congress party's account too fell victim to hackers.

Liquor baron Vijay Mallya on Friday became a victim of cyber crime after his Twitter account was hacked. Add to this, the miscreants not only posted his personal details but also abused him on social media.

“We shall bring you more about this fraudster and conman over the course of the next few weeks. Slowly watch this b**** die as we expose him!” read one of the tweets. The hackers also claimed to have found bank account details of the businessman and promised to share more details in future.

“This is just a partial dump. More data will be coming over the course of a few days 😉 We are legion.
Do not f*** with us,” one of the tweets read.

Vijay Mallya had himself tweeted about his account being hacked, asking the followers to ignore them as a joke.

It should be noted that Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi and his party’s official Twitter handles were also hacked a week ago. The party had blamed the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party for being behind the cyber attack.
