Rishi Kapoor isn't sorry for his abusive message to a Twitter user, his reaction confirms it

Rishi Kapoor has said he would not be nice to anyone who'd abuse him on Twitter. What do you think of this reaction of his?

The storm is not yet over on Twitter! When Rishi Kapoor sent a direct message abusing a girl (this happened because she tried cracking a joke, btw) on Twitter yesterday, some Twiterattis reported him while some slammed him. The social media uproar happened on September 20th and Twiterattis’ outrage has not made much of a difference to Rishi Kapoor. Referring to the whole fiasco, the actor, in another tweet, said he was not a saint and would treat people the way they deserve and that people should not complain about his behaviour.

If you have no clue about what happened, then here’s a little recap of what led to what.

It all started when the veteran actor criticised Rahul Gandhi’s Berkeley speech in which the Congress Vice President spoke about dynasty politics and said that India functions on dynasty and Bollywood was an example. This didn’t go down well with Rishi Kapoor so he tweeted that people from his family have proved themselves time and again in Bollywood.

After this, the woman in question, whose Twitter handle is DardEdiscourse tagged Rishi Kapoor in a meme that featured him along with wife Neetu Kapoor and son Ranbir Kapoor. The veteran actor was not too happy with this meme and so he abused the girl via a direct message on Twitter and that’s what led to the furore.

When Rishi Kapoor message read ‘F**k you b***h’, the Twitter user then shared the screenshot of the DM. When Tweeps saw it, many started reporting Rishi’s account. All the hoopla around the incident must have prompted Rishi Kapoor to talk about it. His tweet confirms he is undeterred by the entire row. This is what he tweeted:

Rishi’s reaction is a reflection of what he said a few months ago. He had said:

You can’t follow me and abuse me and you think I will keep quiet… Once I was corrected that I should not put this on my timeline. Now I go to them and do this. I will not let anyone try and stomp over me. No one can walk over me.

This entire controversy would not have seen the light of the day if he knew how to take jokes on oneself.
