'#MeToo' says Uma Thurman as she finally breaks silence on Harvey Weinstein scandal

Uma Thurman took to Instagram on Thanksgiving to give her comment on sexual allegations levelled against Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein

Actress Uma Thurman has finally broken her silence on the Harvey Weinstein scandal, after previously refusing to comment on it because she was angry. In an Instagram post on Thanksgiving, Uma hinted that she was also a victim of Weinstein’s sexual abuse. She used the hashtag #MeToo in her post and said the disgraced producer did ‘not deserve a bullet’.

Uma has worked with the Hollywood mogul in movies like Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill series.

Posting the photo of herself as the bride from the revenge thriller Kill Bill, Uma said it was important to take your time. As she wished everyone best on Thanksgiving, Uma wrote, “Except you Harvey, and all your wicked conspirators — I’m glad it’s going slowly — you don’t deserve a bullet”. The last bit where she wrote Stay Tuned, the celebrated actress hinted that there was more to come.
