Salman Khan’s father Salim Khan is known for his strong remarks on films and other issues. The veteran screenwriter recently watched his son’s upcoming film Tubelight.
Khan, who saw the unedited version of the Kabir Khan directorial said, ‘Tubelight is a very nice film. I have seen the movie in its raw form, but whatever I saw, was very good. I have seen many films of that genre and subject, so I have an idea what the finished product will be. I can say that the film will be very good.’
When asked if Salman’s performance in the 1962 Indo-China war drama will fetch him awards, Khan said, “In our house, we don’t hanker after awards. Salman has done some very good work in movies like Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Sultan. In Tubelight also he has performed well, but you can’t compare these three.’
All the ‘Bhai’ fans are already going gaga over Tubelight. The first trailer will be unveiled on May 25. Kabir Khan took to Twitter and posted.
