Xiaomi started 2017 by launching a worthy successor to its kickass smartphone Redmi Note 3. Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 grabbed eyeballs when it was launched at the same price as its predecessor but with improved specifications. Since then, it has been available for sales many times. The smartphone went on sale again on Flipkart and Mi.com on February 22, 2017, at 12 PM. However, the sale lasted for a few minutes leaving many enthusiastic buyers disappointed.
But worry not dear friends as Xiaomi is not going let you go empty handed as the company has planned another sales event on March 1, 2017, at 12 PM. The special thing about Xiaomi’s upcoming sale is that it would feature a new colour variant– Matte Black, which will be available for the first time since the phone was launched in India in January this year.
Powered by a 2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor and Android v6.0.1 Marshmallow and MIUI 8, Redmi 4 features a 5.5-inch full HD capacitive display. The smartphone is available in three memory variants– 2GB RAM with 32GB internal memory which is available for Rs 9,999; 3GB RAM with 32GB internal memory which is available for Rs 10,999 and 4GB RAM with 64GB internal memory which is available for Rs 12,999. All the three variants support 128GB microSD card for additional memory.

The phone features a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera with an almighty 4100mAh non-removable lithium-ion battery. As far as the connectivity is concerned, the smartphone comes with 4G-VoLTE technology and has Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Infrared sensor and GPS and is available in three colour variants– Black, Gold and Dark Grey.
