All those who love music and like to experience sound to its last note would understand how important it is to have a decent pair of high-definition headphones that offer good sound reproduction quality. Granted that not all can buy Sennheiser’s ‘super pricey’ HE 1 headphones (FYI, they cost Rs 45 lakh only), but that doesn’t mean that you can indulge in a luxurious sound quality experience. German audio equipment manufacturer Beyerdynamic’s Xelento Remote headset offers you just that at a reasonable price of Rs 1,19,000 only (ya, you heard it right).
As the company describes it, Xelento remote is a ‘piece of jewellery’ that offers an ‘intense musical experience’ to music lovers.
In the heart of Beyerdynamic Xelento Remote headphones is the Tesla technology that produces a stronger magnetic field compared to other headphones to reproduce sound with uncompromising precision. The headphones sport a lightweight design and offer a maximum degree of ambient noise cancellation. Xelento Remote headphones have a silver-plated cable with a high-gloss housing and use the universal 3-button remote and mic that works with most Apple and Android smartphones. They offer a frequency response of 8-48,000 hertz and can be easily connected to your smartphone via a 3.5mm 4-pole stereo jack.
Beyerdynamic is shipping a number of accessories along with its Xelento Remote headphones that includes– connection cable with remote control and microphone with 4-pole mini stereo jack (3.5 mm), connection cable with 3-pole mini jack plug (3.5 mm), seven pairs of silicone ear tips in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, 3XL and three pairs of foam ear tips in sizes S, M and L. You can purchase these headphones via Amazon.
But this is just a part of the story as Beyerdynamic is launching the wireless version of Xelento Remote headphones later this year that are likely to be priced around $1,200 (Rs 77,500 approx). It is important to note that the wired version of Xelento Remote headphones is priced at $999 in the US (Rs 64,500 approx) and the prices in India are different from the price offered globally.
