Bollywood and the Indian television industry have often come under attack by many for casting child artists. However, the debate on whether casting children in the showbiz industry is right or wrong is never-ending, both the industries have (and sometimes, even Hollywood has) given the audience some brilliant and adorable child actors, some of whom have taken the limelight away from the superstars. Child actors like Parzan Dastur and Sana Saeed in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Darsheel Safary as a dyslexic child in Taare Zameen Par, Sunny Pawar as Saroo in Lion (if you haven’t seen the movie, add it to your must-watch list) have delivered such powerful performances and secured a place in the heart of millions.

Talking about the latest child stars who have left an impact, not only with their cute looks but also with their powerful acting, you can’t not talk about the extremely adorable Harshaali Malhotra, who featured in Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
