Former Indian cricketer Zaheer Khan tied the knot with his fiancé and Bollywood actress Sagarika Ghatge on November 23. According to reports, the couple had a registered marriage. Their wedding reception is going to be held at the Taj Mahal Palace & Tower in Mumbai on November 27.
Anjana Sharma, the head of business and brand marketing for Zaheer Khan’s Prosport Fitness Studio, shared the photos of this newlywed couple on her Instagram account. She wrote: “And its done…my last partner in crime…@zaheer_khan34 @sagarikaghatge …let the party begin.”
Earlier, Sagarika’s friend and Chak De! India co-star Vidya Malavade went live on Instagram to share their wedding reception card. Besides showing the card, Vidya also gave a glimpse of Sagarika’s wedding jewellery.

Zaheer and Sagarika got engaged on May 24 in a star-studded ceremony in Mumbai, after dating each other for some time.

The ceremony was attended by all the bigwigs from the cricket and film industry including star pairs like Anushka Sharma-Virat Kohli, Yuvraj Singh-Hazel Keech, Sachin Tendulkar with wife Anjali as well as Raveena Tandon, Arshad Warsi, Bobby Deol and Prachi Desai among others.
Zaheer Khan informed his fans about his engagement through Instagram. He posted a picture of himself with Sagarika and wrote: ”Never laugh at your wife’s choices. You are one of them !!! Partners for life.”
Zaheer, who made his international debut in 2000, played the last Test match for India in 2014 against New Zealand and last One Day International in 2012 against Sri Lanka.
