Former Indian pacer Zaheer Khan announced the news of his engagement to actress Sagarika Ghatge last night in the midst of the ongoing Indian Premier League. Since then a lot has happened—from Anil Kumble tagging the wrong Sagarika while congratulating the couple to Twitter reacting to the engagement.
Taking to Twitter, the Delhi Daredevils’ captain wrote: “Never laugh at your wife’s choices. You are one of them !!! Partners for Life #engaged Sagarika Ghatge.” He also shared a beautiful picture of the Bollywood actress who was last seen in Bollywood film Irada, and the famous Preeti Sabarwal in Chak De! India. There were rumours of the two dating each other for a long time, but the couple made sure not to discuss their personal life in media. Even during one of the interviews, when Sagarika was asked about her relationship with Zaheer, she refused to discuss it.
