Marcelo Brozovic Outsmarting Luis Suarez's Free Kick Leaves Twitter Amused

Brozovic may like to stay away from Suarez in the second leg

Inter Milan lost the game by 0-2 against Inter Milan but it was Marcelo Brozovic who hogged the limelight for his fantastic save to deny Luis Suarez’s a goal via free kick. It seemed like Brozovic went into the future and exactly knew that Suarez will be trying to slide the ball under the wall. The midfielder hid behind the wall and cleverly slid under it saving a goal for his team. The ball hit his hip and went for a corner.

The Croatian even impressed Barcelona’s injured star player Lionel Messi who was watching the game from the stands. Soon enough the Brozovic block started trending on Twitter.

Here’s a look at his clever play:

Here comes another one

Just appreciate it!

However, the 25-year-old could not save Inter Milan from a loss as Jordi Alba and Rafael Alcantra scored in first and second half respectively.

The save would have frustrated Suarez as he would have probably added a goal to his Champions League tally. Next time around, we might not see him aiming for the grounded shot while taking a free kick.
