Virender Sehwag, the former Indian swashbuckling batsman, is very active on social media. Whatever be the occasion, he is always ready with a unique message to share with his followers. His posts simply outclass all other cricketer tweeps out there, especially how he wishes his friends from the cricket fraternity on their birthday. Today is Mother’s Day and Viru Paaji didn’t miss this chance to make the day special for his dear mother.
Amid people showering love for their mothers, Sehwag chose to share a generation-old picture of himself with his mom. Known to be one of the wittiest and socially active Tweeps, he captioned the picture perfectly well.
Here’s the post:

In the never-before-seen childhood picture, Viru Paaji’s looks adorable. But nobody could have thought back then that he would grow up to become an Indian professional cricketer and earn a reputation for hitting his opponents hard.
Currently, Sehwag is spending time with the Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) franchise as the mentor and is responsible for taking every cricket related decisions in the camp. He was one of the prime members of the KXIP think-tank during the mega auctions held earlier this year. He helped the owners of the camp, including Preity Zinta, select a team which could reach the knockout stages of the tournament.
As a result, the newly-formed team of Punjab has been performing really well and are currently placed third in the IPL points table.
