IPL 2018: Hardik Pandya's 'SORRY' Message To Ishan Kishan After Eye Injury Is Winning The Internet!

IPL 2018: During Mumbai Indians vs Royal Challengers Bangalore match, Hardik Pandya's erratic throw dangerously struck Ishan Kishan near his eye

Hardik Pandya seems to have made up with Ishan Kishan after the former’s erratic throw from the long-on dangerously struck the wicketkeeper near his right eye. After the ball hit Kishan, we saw him writhing in pain and asking for help. It was nice to see cricketers from both teams showing concern as they surrounded the youngster in order to help him. We cannot confirm the extent or the magnitude of the injury, but by the looks of it, it does not look anything good. That would mean Mumbai Indians (MI) will have to find a new wicketkeeper, which is no mean task!

But Hardik Pandya’s apology to Kishan on social media is bound to help him heal. Hardik Pandya is an exciting upcoming all-rounder, who is taking giant strides in cricket and him apologising would surely keep Kishan motivated. In the Instagram post, Hardik Pandya wrote:

Mera cutie pie _ Sorry bhai! Stay strong, @ishankishan23.

Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians opened their account after three straight losses in IPL 2018. MI beat RCB by 46 runs in a high-scoring encounter. It was Rohit Sharma (94) who led from the front along with Evin Lewis (65). It is a big sigh of relief for the defending champions and they would now like to carry the momentum forward in the tournament.

For RCB, the loss turned out to be a massive headache. It seems RCB are yet to get their combinations right but they should do it soon because they’re running out of games to play.

Meanwhile, as IPL enters its middle stages, Kolkata Knight Riders, with momentum on their side, travel to Jaipur to take on Rajasthan Royals who have a good history at the Sawai Mann Singh Stadium. The match starts at 8:00 PM IST.
