#BallTamperingRow: Air New Zealand's Latest Viral Video Subtly Roasts Steve Smith, David Warner

Trolls are unwilling to stop mocking Steve Smith and David Warner after they were held responsible for the ball-tampering fiasco that has rocked the cricketing world. Memes, viral videos mocking the Australian team started doing the rounds as soon as the episode came to limelight. The ball-tampering was done by Cameron Bancroft during the 3rd Test against South Africa. Bancroft later admitted that Steve Smith and the leadership group was in the know-how of what was happening. This has already hurt fans who are not willing to spare the culprits as they feel betrayed.

Joining the bandwagon of trolls is Air New Zealand which put out a video and has invited Steve Smith to host a master class for their team on lethal bowling. New Zealand will take on England in Christchurch on March 30.

The video is treated rather simply and comprises of no special graphics. It just has white text on the black background but has taken a jibe at Steve Smith for the ball-tampering incident. The official account, of Air New Zealand posted the video on their account with the caption, “Hey Steve. We need to talk.”

It is hilarious as Smith and Warner have been asked to return to Australia and Air New Zealand have made an offer to Smith to give a lesson to the Kiwi bowlers as to how to cheat within the rules. It is understandable that New Zealand is taking a jibe at Australia because they have always been traditional rivals — on the field of cricket or rugby.
