It has been just a month that former Indian pacer Ashish Nehra bid adieu to international cricket and joined his old mate Virender Sehwag in the Hindi commentary box. He said that he also won’t play in the Indian Premier League (IPL). However, soon he would be associating with the Virat Kohli led Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) as team’s mentor for the forthcoming season of the cash-rich tournament.

If Nehra joins RCB franchise in future as a mentor then he would bag a bigger role. Bharat Arun has joined the Indian cricket team as a full-time bowling coach, thus he would not be eligible to join any IPL franchise as per the BCCI rules. Secondly, Allan Donald has quit RCB that means the side has no bowling coach as of now.
