Missing Boy's Tattoo Of Dad's Phone No On Hand Gets Him Home

Aamir Khan must find this bit of news interesting!

When Venkana Malayam’s watched Aamir Khan starrer Ghajini, little did he know that one day, it would help him find his son, Shiva in a railway station.

Venkana’s son suffers from short-term memory loss just like Aamir’s character in the movie. He has a habit of running away from school and home and so, after watching the movie where Aamir tattoos phone numbers and details of his girlfriend’s murderers on his body to seek revenge, decided to tattoo his mobile number on his son’s arm. So that in an emergency, he can be contacted if he gets lost.

Lo and behold, that idea worked for the concerned father. Shiva, who studies in a school for differently-abled children, got off from his school van on Tuesday and ran away.

Speaking about the incident, he told Mid-Day,

“My son is studying in a school for differently-abled children at Cotton Green. On Tuesday, he got off the school van and ran away. Later, I got a call from GTBN station that he had been found.”

Mid-Day quoted Dhananya Yadhav, the TC who saw Shiva sitting at a platform in his uniform as saying, “When I tried to talk to him, he got scared. A commuter helped me to calm him down and escort him to my cabin.”

Yadhav then called a female official and requested to speak to speak Shiva. That is when they found the mobile number tattooed on his hand and informed Venkana that his son had been found.
