Ever wondered how do Bollywood kids deal with all the pressure to look perfect like their famous parents and keep the legacy of their family alive? Trishala Dutt, daughter of a well known Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt and grand daughter of Sunil Dutt and Nargis Dutt, had to deal with the same while growing up. Well Trishala Dutt is not a model neither is she an actress but our society has some cruelly high beauty standards at times. Those who envisioned her as the chubby daughter of Sanjay Dutt would be pleasantly surprised to see her in the recent athletic avatar. Check out some of her before and after pictures.
Trishala Dutt, 28, is now the founder of Dream Tresses Hair Extensions. Being a part of a family which has been always under the spotlight made her quite conscious while growing up and she struggled with weight issues in the past. She even penned down her struggle for the ones facing similar issues on her blog and bared her heart out talking about low self-esteem, social alienation and heart breaks due to being on the heavier side of the scale. Anyway, that has now changed. She has undergone a complete transformation and she did it the old-school way that is proper diet and exercise.
Talking about her own experience in an interview with Brown Girl Magazine, she said, ” I’ve tried all the shortcuts you could imagine. I’ve tried fasting, detoxing, cutting calories, limiting carbohydrates, etc. While some of them worked for a short amount of time and have shown results, the minute I started eating normal food again, I would gain all my weight back along with additional unwanted pounds. One day I decided to join a gym, invest in a trainer, eat healthy in limits and the pounds started to melt off on its own.”
Her Workout Routine Plan
Trishala Dutt maintains a proper diet and makes extremely healthy food choices to remain fit. She makes sure her food intake is at regular intervals and in small quantities. She also has to maintain a proper sleeping schedule. She goes for a morning walk every day without fail. Her trainer alters her workout routine every two weeks. She exercises 5 days a week for 30 minutes daily. Apart from this, she also loves swimming and cycling for a healthy body.
Her Diet Plan
Trishala Dutt makes sure she stays away from all kinds of junk food and keeps her body hydrated as much as possible. Her food intake is rich in proteins and vitamins and she takes an early dinner at 7 pm. For breakfast, Trishala takes a well-balanced meal which includes egg, a bowl of oats or bowl of muesli, fruits. She also loves south Indian breakfast.
Her pro-tip: Never miss your breakfast! Her lunch consists of 2-3 roti or a bowl of rice with lots of vegetables. She takes fish once or twice a week. She prefers a light dinner which is rich in proteins. Her dinner consists of fish or porridge.
