Taapsee Pannu made all heads turn with her stunning fashion choices at the IIFA Awards 2017 and it won’t be wrong to say that the actress has really upped her fashion game. From rocking beautiful fusion sarees to donning those casual yet trendy attires, Taapsee and her stylist has really worked hard on all her looks and gave us some serious fashion goals. But it looks like Taapsee Pannu made a very big blunder which is totally a crime in the fashion world. Well, as we all know, the trailer of Taapsee Pannu’s upcoming film Judwaa 2 released on Monday and the actress was present at the launch event along with co-stars Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez.
While Jacqueline totally nailed her all-black look in a sexy attire, Taapsee made our eyes pop out after she decided to wear socks with heels. Yes, you read that right. Scroll up and have a closer look at the picture. Though the outfit layering game of the actress was on point, we wonder what’s up with those grey socks. I mean, what were you thinking Taapsee?
Frankly speaking, the moment I saw Taapsee Pannu in those grey ankle length socks the first thing that came to my mind was — Is she feeling cold? Or has she injured her leg? But after watching her dance on stage, I realised that she is absolutely fine and the socks were worn with the purpose of making her attire look stand out. Well, congrats Taapsee, your outfit does stand out but in a totally wrong way.
Taapsee’s stylist has completely spoiled the whole look of that super cute attire and we are highly disappointed. But the way she carried herself even in those ugly grey socks is truly commendable. And for the next time, please don’t team up socks and heels. Well, I remember my childhood when my mom used to force their kids to wear socks with sandals and I am sure all the kids must be hating this ‘fashion choice’.
PS: Dear Taapsee, please don’t forget to check twice before experimenting with your looks. Because sometimes, it is cool to look into the mirror twice before stepping out.
