Gauhar Khan or Sanjeeda Sheikh: Can you guess who was the best and worst dressed this week [July 2 - July 8]

Another week comes to an end and we are once again excited to see our favourite TV stars dressed up to their best.  Like every other week, even last one had some of the major events. So, this time we bring to you the hits and misses from the red carpet of Zee Gold Awards 2017. The star-studded event saw most sought after faces from the television industry. While Karan Patel from Yeh Hain Mohabbatein grabbed away the award for Best Actor, his co-actress Divyanka Tripathi won the Best Actress award. Mouni Roy from Naagin managed to win the award for Popular Face of the Year. The actors and actresses tried to put their best foot forward, however, not all of them managed to hit the bull’s eye. While some of them looked ravishing, others disappointed us with their red carpet looks. Let us look which actresses made it to the best-dressed list and worst dressed list for the night.

Best Dressed– Though Mouni Roy has already won the Best Actress (Popular), we’d also vote her best dressed for the night. She looked ultra-glamourous and no less than a diva in her grey one-shoulder gown designed by Nikita Tandon. She kept the look simple and clean with subtle makeup, minimal jewellery and her hair pulled up in a voluminous bun.

Best Dressed: Anita Hassanandani Reddy seems to have found her fashion calling after being featured on our worst dressed list last week. She attended the award function in a wine coloured floor length gown with cold shoulders. The dress was flared at the bottom and had details on the sleeves and neckline. Looks like minimal look worked for the day. Anita paired up her outfit with emerald and diamond earrings and a ring which contrasted beautifully with her gown.

Best Dressed: Ridhi Dogra was the host for the red carpet event and she did it in style in this gown by her designer friend Aakrati Rampal. This sheer dress with sequinned embellishments and with middle-parted hair make her look fabulous. We are smitten by her bold avatar. The dress fits her at all the right place and accentuates her curves. Though a risky look, she managed to carry it off with such refinement.

Worst Dressed: Gauhar Khan who usually manages to blow us away with her beauty but this time she failed to work her magic. She wore a silver saree with a golden jacket which left us wondering why did she make such a fashion choice. Put it back on the shelf, Gauhar Khan!

Worst Dressed– Yet another favourite actress failed to wow us. Seems that Sanjeeda Sheikh took the name of the event too seriously. It literally looks like she was dipped in gold dust and the result was this! The ear loops add to the bizarreness of the look.

Worst Dress– Seriously, what’s this obsession with gold and why do they need to make gold look so tacky? We love gold but most definitely not when it looks like this. Parul Chauhan’s golden outfit, her golden earrings, and her golden everything look right out of a costume collection. To top that there are her greasy makeup and her pink lipstick. This look is a major fail!

Best Dressed: Both Shweta Tiwari and her daughter Palak Tiwari made sure to sizzle the red carpet with their fabulous avatars.

Worst Dressed: Though Barkha Bisht’s dress isn’t something very special, we really loved the way she carried it.
