Deepika Padukone's gold blazer and sheer black saree is what you need in your wardrobe this year

From acing colour blocking and power dressing to flaunting sportswear with utmost sass at an airport, Deepika Padukone is winning hearts everywhere with her on-point style game. Recently, the actress attended two events in Mumbai — one at Shah Rukh Khan’s residence and the other was Umang 2018.

While DP went for a quirky casual avatar for SRK’s bash, she chose to go for a traditional look for the other event. And trust us, she nailed both the looks like a pro and gave us some serious wardrobe goals for this year.

Deepika wore a gold suede jacket from Sandro Paris and teamed it up with a ripped denim from Topshop. She folded the hem of the denim to give it a more casual look and chose to glam up her look with black block heel sandals from Charlotte Olympia.

With her hair parted in the middle, DP went for a sleek low ponytail and completed her look with minimal makeup and simple accessories.

Now it’s not that we haven’t seen Deepika in a saree before, but this time her look is a bit different. Wearing a black plain sheer organza saree from Sabyasachi, the actress looked nothing less than a royal. And the way Deepika paired her saree with a beautiful bead-embellished-blouse is what makes it look unique.

Keeping it simple and classy, DP went for a low bun, winged eyeliner and wore emerald studs to make her look stand out.
