5 Eye Masks You Should Try If You Wake Up Looking Like A Panda

Dark circles are such buzzkills. And no, it’s not always about late nights. You can have a perfectly well-rested week and yet wake up looking like a panda.

Concealers can be your go-to solution but they settle into fine lines and wrinkles which make it more obvious on the face.

But luckily, we have found a few, hassle-free eye masks that can brighten your eyes and give them a temporary lift.

Tip #1: Coffee Eye Mask

Things you need: Coffee Powder, Honey, Water

What you need to do:

  1. Mix coffee powder, honey and a little bit of water into a fine paste and apply it under your eyes.
  2. Allow it to dry. Now, rinse or wipe it off.
  3. P.S.: For best results, use this mask every day.

Tip #2: Nutmeg and Vitamin E Capsule Eye Mask

Things you need: Nutmeg, 10 Vitamin E capsules, cotton pads

What you need to do:

  1. First and foremost, grate the nutmeg in a bowl.
  2. Cut open the Vitamin E capsule and pour the contents in the bowl.
  3. Use a sanitized finger and mix it well.
  4. Apply slowly on your dark circles.
  5. Meanwhile, soak two cotton pads in water. Squeeze out the water and place it on the eye mask. This prevents the solution to flow into your face.
  6. Sleep overnight for best results. But if you are running short of time, do this for half an hour every single day.
  7. Remove the cotton pads and massage the solution onto your skin.
  8. Rinse your face with some lukewarm water.

Tip #3: Used Green Tea-bags

Things you need: used green tea bags

What to do:

  1. Place cold green tea bags on your eyes.
  2. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Repeat this every day for best results.

Tip #4: Raw Potato/ Potato juice

Things you need: Potato, grater

What to do:

  1. Take one potato and wash it thoroughly. Slice it.
  2. Place the sliced potato in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  3. Now place the chilled potato slices on your eyes.
  4. Alternatively, you can squeeze out the juice from the grated potato and apply it under the eyes.
  5. Leave it for 15 minutes and rinse it off with regular tap water.
  6. And when you don’t have time for any of the above masks, this could come in handy.

Apply 100% pure coconut oil under your eyes and leave it overnight. Use a tissue in the morning to remove it and wash your face with tap water. Repeat this every day for effective results.
