TN govt makes Jayalalithaa's medical records public. Here's all you need to know

Amid doubt, suspicion and mysteries abound, the Tamil Nadu government has released the health report of former Chief Minister of State J Jayalalithaa, who passed away at the age of 68 on 5th December 2016. The Palaniswami government has released a 19-page health report card. The reports claimed that the AIIMS doctors have examined Jayalalitha five times.

There were several suspicions over the death of one of the most loved leaders of the state. Her silent treatment and lack of updates about her health had already raised a lot of eyebrows. The development comes amid claims by supporters of former Chief Minister O. Panneerselvam that Jayalalithaa’s death needed to be probed to know if there was any foul play.
