Malaysian Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Mohammad Najib bin Tun Abdul Razak and his wife Datin Paduka Seri Rosmah Mansor are all set to visit India on March 30. However, it is being reported that the Malaysian PM wants to meet someone else apart from our Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Apparently, Malaysian Prime Minister and his wife are extremely fond of the Indian cinema and have requested to meet to none other than superstar Rajinikanth. Najib’s wish to meet Rajinikanth dates back to when the actor was in Malaysia ans hooting for his film Kaabali.
Even though we are unsure whether Rajinikanth will meet the Malaysian Prime Minister or not, it is being reported that the actor has not yet given an approval to his request. A local Malaysian newspaper also reported that the actor who was shooting quite a few scenes in Malaysia had himself expressed his desire to meet the Najib bin and his wife while he in the country shooting. The Malaysian diplomats have also reportedly kept some time free in Friday just in case the actor does give a confirmation for the meeting.
Prime Minister Najib Razakhad also recently held a meeting with Terminator star Arnold Schwarzenegger. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently affirmed that our country will be delighted to welcome the Malaysian Prime Minister and their meeting will boost and facilitate their relations.
“India is delighted to welcome you, Prime Minister. Your visit will further boost India-Malaysia ties,” PM Modi said in a tweet. Najib Razak who will be on 5-day visit has also affirmed that he was alos looking forward to meet PM Narendra Modi.
