‘Get your facts right’! Pat came the reply of Union Minister Mahesh Sharma when Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal questioned whether he would conduct the wedding of his “daughter” in Rs 2.5 lakhs.
Attacking the BJP minister, Kejriwal tweeted, “It’s Mahesh Sharma’s daughter’s wedding. Are all the payments being made by cheques? Is he spending only Rs 2.5 lakh in the wedding? How were his notes exchanged?”
Kejriwal’s statement was in connection with the Reserve Bank of India guideline which allows the families of those members who have a wedding at home to withdraw Rs 2.5 lakh.

In no mood to give any leverage to the Delhi CM, Sharma shot back at him giving Kejriwal a fact check.
“Please correct your information. It is my son’s wedding. And yes, all payments are being made through banks,” he tweeted.
While Kejriwal has tweeted and retweeted several times since then, he hasn’t replied to Sharma on his tweet.
