Anna Hazare threatens stir against Arvind Kejriwal

Hazare said that he had 'no doubts about Kejriwal's character.

Growing rift between veteran social activist Anna Hazare and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has taken a fresh turn.

The social crusader, who recently voiced his displeasure over the controversies surrounding the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders, has threatened to launch an agitation the Delhi CM if more evidence of corruption surface against his government.

Speaking to reporters at his native village Ralegan Siddhi, Hazare said that though he had ‘no doubts about Kejriwal’s character’, his ‘reputation has been damaged’ due to the ‘people he took in his party to win power’.

Anna also expressed his disappointment over the unfortunate reports that had surfaced about women being exploited in exchange for tickets in Punjab.

“Had Kejriwal selected people of good character in his party, he would not have faced this problem,” he said.
