A shocking video of an eighth pass owner of the private hospital in Uttar Pradesh’s Shamli operating on a patient has gone viral. The video also shows compounder of the hospital administering anesthesia to the patient.
According to reports on News 18, the Additional Chief Medical Officer (ACMO) received the CD of the video by an unknown person, after which the matter got escalated and the hospital was served notice by the CMO.
Reportedly, the hospital in question is Aryan Hospital. In the viral video, owner Nardev Singh is seen performing an operation and a female compounder is administering anesthesia. When CMO and his team reached the hospital for investigation, reportedly, BJP leader Pawan Tarar stopped them from taking any actions. Also, as per ANI, hospital authorities stopped the team from entering the operation theatre and so the team had to return without any investigation.
Nardev Singh and his hospital have earlier been involved in the controversies. It has been sealed thrice for irregularities, however, due to owner’s political connections, it was reopened every time. Reportedly, in last one year, around 24 patients have died in the hospital. Out of 24 patients, only families of three patients had filed an FIR against the doctor and the hospital.
