#MarksKeLiyeKuchBhi: UP Students Have Bizarre Appeals For Exam Evaluators

“Chitti Chitti ja sir ke pass, sir ki marzi, fail karein ya pass.” He further mentions: “Guruji pass kar de.”

We all have written ‘Jai Mata Di’, ‘Om’, ‘786’ or ‘Bless me, God’ on an answer sheet. But have you ever heard anybody writing song lyrics instead of answers in their exam paper? Well, that’s not a joke. Anymore. Desperate to clear their exams, class 10th and 12th Uttar Pradesh board students made the most bizarre appeals to evaluators.

As per a report in Hindustan Times, students came up with some of the most bizarre excuses to get pass marks from the evaluators.

In one of the answer sheets, a girl has penned down an emotional appeal:

With folded hands, I request you to forgive me. I am from a poor family and have saved this money by stitching clothes. I did not have books for studies. I had to make do with other people’s books. I implore you to pass me.

That’s not all. Another student blames it on his love life.

Sir I studied till high school sincerely and got good marks. But after falling in love with Pooja, I could not study well for this exam as the love story distanced me from studies. Sir, very, very sorry for writing this.

Well, when it comes to marks, students get creative, though not for answers. One of the examinees wrote a couplet for the evaluator:

Chitti Chitti ja sir ke pass, sir ki marzi, fail karein ya pass.” He further mentions: “Guruji pass kar de.

All these appeals are due to the fear of failing the exam. Some students, according to reports, have even left money inside their answer sheets.
