If you thought Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav is probably the only entertainer in Indian politics, then you need to have a look at his son Tej Pratap Yadav who knows how to grab headlines. Tej Pratap is currently making news for offering prayers at a Shiva temple in Patna. But what made it unique was the fact that he was himself dressed as Lord Shiva.
But this is not the first time he donned such a cape. He once dressed up as Lord Krishna and played the flute on the New Year’s Eve. He later said that he did the same on the request of one of his followers.
When he was the health minister of Bihar, he came up with a bizarre idea to curb pollution. He rode a horse to his official bungalow causing traffic snarls in the city. He once even took a bath outside a Dalit’s home in full public. He later shared pictures of it on his Twitter timeline and called it a ‘sweet experience’.
Not just politics, Tej Pratap is also exploring other career options. His debut Bollywood film ‘Rudra The Avatar’ where he is expected to play the lead character will soon hit theatres.
He is an entertainer, for sure!
