Indrani Mukherjea to now become a writer? She is translating Shlokas in jail

Indrani Mukherjea who is the main accused in the Sheena Bora murder case has expressed he wish to write a book and donate the money earned.

The prime accused of the Sheena Bora murder case, Indrani Mukherjea is reportedly passing her time in prison by translating Sanskrit shlokas from Gita to English. She has apparently translated 700 Sanskrit shlokas from Gita as of now.

If reports are to be believed, she is also planning to write a new book. Indrani told the judge of Central Bureau of Investigation, HS Mahajan that she wanted to publish a book and that she wished to donate 50 percent of the money that she is able to generate from the sales to the women abandoned in the Byculla prison while the rest will go theInternational Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON).

A report by a leading daily added that it took her over half a year to translate those shlokas. The report further claimed that Indrani took the decision of helping the women in the prison after she observed that most of the women have been abandoned by their families and had no money to fight their cases in the court.

Sheena was allegedly murdered by Indrani, along with her accomplices Shyamwar Rai and Sanjeev Khanna. The trio was nabbed last year when Rai while appearing in an illegal arms case, revealed about the alleged murder.

The CBI in its second supplementary charge sheet had alleged that former media baron Peter Mukherjea was aware of his wife Indrani Mukherjea’s plan to kill Sheena Bora, her daughter from her first marriage.

Indrani reportedly tried to pass off as Sheena her sister, and then dumped her body in a forest in neighbouring Raigad district.
