In a shocking incident, a school bus was attacked by protesters opposing the release of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s controversial film Padmaavat on Wednesday.
Students of the GD Goenka World School were on their way home when the incident took place around 3 pm, Protests attacked the bus with sticks and stones as it passed by a Haryana Roadways bus, which was torched.
In the video filmed by one of the passengers, students can be heard crying as the teachers try to shield them from the shattered windows. The driver manoeuvered the bus away from the ruckus and fortunately, no one was injured in the violent incident.
