Did you know PM Narendra Modi has a Pakistani Rakhi sister? Meet Qamar Shaikh

This Pakistani woman has claimed that she has been tying Rakhi to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the last 36 years and plans to do this year too

It is that time of the year when sisters across the nation dress in their full glory and extort gifts and money from their beloved brothers while they promise to protect and annoy them for the rest of their lives. We know that every year tons of women and children send or tie Rakhi to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Raksha Bandhan. However, there is a Pakistani woman who has been allegedly tying Rakhi to PM Modi for more than 20 years?

Meet Qamar Mohsin Shaikh, PM Narendra Modi’s alleged Pakistani rakhi sister. Qamar has claimed that she has been tying rakhi to the prime minister for over 20 years and is looking forward to doing the same this year too. “I have been tying Rakhi to Narendra Bhai for the last 22-23 years, excited to do it this time too,” Qamar was quoted as saying.

This woman moved to India after she got married and has been in the country since then. She has also claimed that the Prime Minister had made a call to her 2 days ago. “This time I thought PM Modi must be busy but two days back he called up, I was very happy to know that; started preparing for Raksha Bandhan,” the woman said.

Speaking about the first time she tied Rakhi on PM Narendra Modi’s wrists, Qamar stated that the first time she tied Rakhi to PM Modi, the Prime Minister was a Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) worker adding that it was due to his hard work and dedication, he has managed to become the Prime Minister of the country.

This year the widows from Vrindavan are all set to tie Rakhi on PM Modi’s wrist in Delhi. Earlier this morning, Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to Twitter to wish the country on occasion of Rakshabandhan. “Greetings on Raksha Bandhan,” he said on Twitter.
