AIIMS MBBS Exam 2017 has been successfully conducted by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences on May 28. The medical aspirants from across the country who appeared for the entrance exams were making efforts to pursue Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) course in the upcoming session. AIIMS will release the list of selected candidates on their official website on June 14.

The exam that was conducted in two slots was a computer based exam which went on for  3 hours and 30 minutes. The admit cards for the aspirants were made available on the official website. Even though AIIMS has not specified a date for the release of the official answer keys, it is being speculated that the answer keys will be out in a weeks time. According to reports, lakhs of students are battling out to fill in the 702 seats that are reportedly available. Here are the important dates released by the AIIMS official website:

Here’s how you can download the answer key from the website:

-Log on to www.aiimsexams.org

-Enter your unique ID, the allocated password, and the other necessary information in the required field

-You will be directed to another page.

-Candidates will have to click on the Answer Key option.

-The answer and the analysis of your performance will be displayed on your screen

-You can click on the download option and take a print out for future reference

Candidates were required to answer 200 multiple choice questions (MCQ) where each section was into 4 sections. While 20 questions were asked from General Knowledge, students had to answer 60 questions each from the Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects. Candidates were asked to follow a certain set of Dos and Don’ts. Students were asked to refrain from carrying hats, caps, scarfs and goggles. They were also not allowed to carry ornaments, mobile phones or any other electronic device.
