After Bengaluru, DJ David Guetta's concert called off in Mumbai too

The Mumbai Police in its statement has said that the concert was called off as the organisers failed to fulfill the mandatory requirements to organise the show.

A day after his concert was cancelled in Bengaluru over law and order issue, French DJ David Guetta’s show has now been called off in Mumbai, scheduled to be held today’s evening, as the organisers filed a late application in BMC, officials said.

The Mumbai Police in its statement has said that the concert was called off as the organisers failed to fulfill the mandatory requirements to organise the show.

On January 13, DJ David Guetta had canceled his concert scheduled in Bengaluru citing poor ‘law and order situation’ in the state. 49-years-old Guetta is on a four-city tour which was scheduled to begin from Bangalore and then move to Mumbai, Hyderabad, and New Delhi.

On the cancellation of the Bengaluru concert, the organisers said,”Due to the present law & order situation in Bengaluru following the events that transpired around New Year’s Eve, the authorities have recommended against holding the David Guetta concert scheduled today in the city.”
