A 17-year-old girl was shot dead outside her house in Najafgarh area in Delhi on Wednesday, as mother helplessly watched on. One of her friends who is missing is believed to be behind the attack.
The girl’s mother informed the police that she saw a car arriving. One of the friends came out of the car leaving her daughter inside with the other boy. It was then that she heard a gunshot.
When she rushed to the car, she saw her daughter lying in a pool of blood. The boy ran away from the spot leaving the weapon behind.
The girl was taken to a hospital by her mother and a friend.
