Khaidi No 150 Box Office collection: The Boss is back as the Chiranjeevi starrer crosses 1 million mark in the US

As expected, The Boss is back with a bang. Chiranjeevi’s comeback film Khaidi No 150 has taken the US Box Office by storm with record-breaking collections from its preview shows on Tuesday. Directed by VV Vinayak and produced by Chiranjeevi’s son and actor-producer Ram Charan, the film is a Telugu remake of Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s Tamil blockbuster KaththiKhaidi No 150 has taken a thunderous start at the US Box Office by raking in more than $1 million from its preview shows alone.

The Chiranjeevi starrer has also broken Jr NTR-Mohanlal’s Janatha Garage to become the second fastest Telugu film to cross the $1 million mark. The film falls just $100k short of SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali: The Beginning to become the fastest all-time Telugu grosser. It’s worth mentioning that Khaidi No 150 premiered in US on Tuesday, which is one of the toughest days to screen a film as theaters in US don’t operate on Tuesdays like the same way in India.

Khaidi No 150 is a tribute to Chiranjeevi, who would be doing his 150th film. It also marks the end of Chiranjeevi’s nine-year-long break from the big screen. His last movie, Shankar Dada Zindabad—the Telugu remake of Bollywood film Munnabhai MBBS—was released in 2007.

Khaidi No 150 stars Kajal Aggarwal, Tarun Arora, Ali and Tanikella Bharani. The action entertainer is all set to create new records at the Telugu Box Office as well.
