Bharti Singh's wedding seems to be all about band, baaja and brand endorsements

We already know Bharti Singh is all set to tie the knot with Haarsh Limbachiyaa and if you look at her Instagram feed, you will notice something more than her excitement

India is famous for a lot of things, and big fat weddings are definitely one of them. Thanks to Bollywood and certain TV shows, we have witnessed the most magnificent weddings where the celebrations continue for days and the guests are treated to the most extravagant celebrations. But have you been to or ever heard of a sponsored shaadi? Ya, just like events are sponsored by different brands, there are weddings which are sponsored.

If this got you curious, here’s an example to explain sponsored weddings.

We already know Bharti Singh is all set to tie the knot with Haarsh Limbachiyaa. And if you look at her Instagram feed, you will notice how excited the bride-to-be is. However, if you look at it closely, you will notice how smartly she has been promoting different brands through her wedding. With hashtag #BhartiKiBaarat, Bharti has been posting short videos of all the preparations.

Let’s start with her basic shopping list. So, in one of the videos, she visits Big Bazaar and buys Lays, Fanta, and Thums Up and later gets few clothes for her family members. Seriously, who buys clothes without even giving them at least one glance or buys chips and cold drinks for their wedding? So not a part of a wedding shopping list!

The wedding invite is from Puneet Gupta Invitations. Isn’t this something people usually don’t care about? For her wedding invites, Bharti chose to fly to Delhi and make a video and post it on her Instagram account. Also, the video is not a simple one either.

A wedding is always incomplete without jewellery! So, Bharti goes jewellery shopping. Where? She got her jewellery from two different brands — Anmol Jewellers and Manubhai Jewellers. Woah! Bharti, you just shopped and made videos for two competing brands together.

With a few more functions to go, we wonder what other brands are we going to see next! Well, Bharti what about ‘media partners’? Oh, we forget to point it out. The photoshoot is done by Luv Israni. So, media partners are not actually required. They will cover all your weddings by themselves with some amazing pictures.

Bharti, if only the aam junta was as ‘lucky’ with sponsorships as you are.
